He has particular experience in working with children of pre-school and school age, and adolescents, gained through work at the Maarif International School.

In particular, he works with parents and children of school age and adolescents, who face difficulties of a different nature depending on their age. Her work at the school includes individual and group work with students on: adaptation, getting to know emotions, learning difficulties, motivation, empathy, self-esteem, awareness, addiction, etc. He has conducted seminars for parents with the aim of getting to know the developmental stages of their children and adequately dealing with them.

Hana is employed as a demonstrator in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Tetovo, where she continues her postgraduate studies in industrial-organizational psychology, the knowledge of which she uses in her workplace. In his work at the university, he also participates in the implementation of various researches and projects carried out within the university.

Hannah has completed the first phase of her education in Functional Analysis, based on the functioning of the life force, whose techniques she uses in her professional work.

She continuously follows professional trainings in order to develop her skills and knowledge in her work as a psychologist.

Depending on the requirements, Hana works with physical presence and online psychological counseling in Albanian and Turkish languages.
