As a remote consultant of <strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #000;\">IOM-International Migration Organization<\/strong>, she facilitates trainings for youngsters aimed at preventing the violent extremism, improving critical thinking and emotional intelligence. She is being trained by experts from the <strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #000;\">Cambridge University in England and IOM-Bosnia and Herzegovina<\/strong>. Hadjivanova is also long-year collaborator of the <strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #000;\">Orphanage \u201c11.Oktomvri\u201d<\/strong>, as well as <strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #000;\">Pilot Training Centre <\/strong>\u2013 in Petrovec, where she executes <strong>screening and selection of candidates for military pilots for the helicopter units of the Army and the Police Forces<\/strong> of the Republic of North Macedonia. At the very beginning of her career, she gained several-year experience at the <strong style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #000;\">University Psychiatric Clinic<\/strong> in
